21 puppies have been surrendered to Dogs Trust in the last 5 days alone!

Despite all the recent media coverage surrounding the 50% increase in surrender calls to Dogs Trust, we are still being inundated with puppies. Some of the locations these poor puppies were found include a car park, a petrol station and on top of a grave in a cemetery.

Many of the puppies are in horrendous condition which includes quite severe urine scalds to their bodies. Dogs Trust are appealing for puppy fosterers to help us out at this incredibly busy period and in time loving homes for these amazing little dogs. We would encourage dog owners to neuter their dogs as well as thinking about what is involved in owning a new puppy, it just breaks our hearts to see so many puppies being abandoned.

Can you help us out?  If you think you can give little fellas like these a temporary home please email puppyfostering@dogstrust.ie and we will get it touch with all the relevant information - Thank you x
